PURPOSE:To accelerate driving speed and to improve workability in a laser marking device by controlling the reflecting direction of the incident laser light by driving a secondary mirror to mark the prescribed position of a material to be worked. CONSTITUTION:The laser light L formed on an image formation lens 17 is reflected in sequence by a secondary X mirror 21 and a secondary Y mirror 22 to conduct a marking on a material to be worked. At that time, the angles of secondary X and Y mirrors 12, 13 are controlled by secondary X and I galvanometer sensors 21, 22 so that a pattern 19 forms an image at a specified position on a material to be worked. Plural patterns 19 can be arranged and marked on the material 25 to be worked by rotating four mirrors in the manner. Since the mirror can be rotated and driven at a speed higher than the galvanometer scanner, marking of plural patterns, 19 can be conducted efficiently. |
