PURPOSE:To attain a sufficiently wide tuning band and to set a tuning frequency higher by inserting an inductance in series with a feedback resistor. CONSTITUTION:A photodetector 1, a FET 2 and an amplifier 3 are provided and a peaking inductance L2 is inserted in series with a feedback resistor RF of a FET 2 and a tuning inductance L1. Since the input impedance is high at a high frequency region, high frequency noise is reduced and since the feedback quantity is reduced at the high frequency side and the gain is increased, the frequency band is widened. Moreover, since the peaking inductance L2 is used to move the resonance frequency toward the high frequency side, then the application to high speed transmission is attained. |
