PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition for condenser having high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss by mixing specific amount of specific metal oxide to composition containing BaTiO3 as main component and BaZrO3, Bi2O3, TiO2 or ZrO2, etc. CONSTITUTION:A composition comprised of 100mol% barium complex oxide composed of BaTiO3 and BaZrO3 containing 0-20mol% of BaZrO3, 0.3-3mol% Bi2O3 and 0.1-8.5mol% TiO2 or ZrO2 as substantially main components is prepared. Next, further 0.001-1wt.% at least one of respective oxides of Cr, Fe, Co, Zn, Cu, Al, Si and Mg is contained into said composition to produce a composition for semiconductive ceramic condenser of reduction and re-oxidation type. Said composition is molded, baked and resultant porcelain is heat-treated in hydrogen gas-containing atmosphere to obtain a semiconductor, then heat- treated in air to afford a semiconductive ceramic condenser of reduction and re-oxidation type. |
