摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the formability of a green compact, promote the densification and improve the superconductivity by introducing a molten raw material composition into an oxygen gas jet to form spherical fine powder. CONSTITUTION:Raw material powder is put into a zirconia crucible 1 and melted by heating with a high-frequency heating furnace 2 made of carbon. The molten raw material 3 is discharged through a nozzle at the bottom of the zirconia crucible 1 and blasted with an oxygen gas jet 4 to form powder. The oxygen gas jet 4 is produced by connecting an oxygen bomb 6 to a pipe 5 furnished with a nozzle and vigorously ejecting oxygen gas through the nozzle. A green compact is formed with the powder, heated in an oxygen stream at a specific temperature and slowly cooled. The densification of the powder is promoted and the superconductivity is improved by this process. |
