PURPOSE:To eliminate defective products and carry out efficiently manufacturing by having a main vacuum valve in the closed state and continuing the state of vacuum suction state from a sub-vacuum valve when a molding work bench is moved from a molding station to a following station. CONSTITUTION:A flexible air tube 32 is connected with a vacuum pump VP and a reserve tank RT. A joint component 32a is installed at the end of air tube 32 in a manner that the same is fitted in a sub-vacuum valve 9a mounted on a side surface of molding work bench 2 removably, and a sheet material 21 covered on a base 1 is constituted to be maintained in the vacuumized state in the middle when the molding work bench 2 is transferred from a molding station 22 to a cooling and removing station 33. Also, removing and transferring mechanism for restoring a molded product released from the sub-vacuum valve 9a to the original position after completing the cooling process of the molded product is provided in the air tube 32 and the joint component 32a. Said sheet material 21 is a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet with a bonding agent covered with a piece of release paper 21a. |
