PURPOSE: To precisely judge motion of a storage capacitor by indicating failure to an operator when a voltage difference of voltage before discharge of the capacitor and voltage after discharge for a previously specified period of time is larger than a critical value. CONSTITUTION: A circuit 100 includes an initiating pipe 102 having a first terminal 104 connected to a first inertial switch assembly body 106. This initiating pipe 102 includes a second terminal 108 connected to a second inertial switch assembly body 110. Capacitors 130, 132 are connected to a resistor 126 in parallel between a diode 128 and a connecting point with an earth electric potential. According to this invention, voltage at the time when these capacitors 130, 132 are fully charged and voltage at the time when they are discharged for a previously specified period of time are compared with each other, and when this voltage difference is larger than a critical value, failure is indicated to an operator of a vehicle. Consequently, it is possible to precisely judge motion of the storage capacitor. |
