PURPOSE:To obtain a controlling agent of microorganisms effective for culture of mycelium of mushroom and culture soil, having safety to men and animals free from harmful actions on mushroom containing isopropyl N-(3-chlorophenyl) carbamate alone or isopropyl N-(3-chlorophenyl)carbamate and a benzimidazole- based agent as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:When only microorganisms resistant to benzimidazole-based agents exist as harmful microorganisms in culture of cultivation of mushrooms resistant, isopropyl N-(3-chlorophenyl)carbamate alone is used as an active ingredient of controlling agent. When microorganisms sensitive and resistant to benzimidazole-based agents coexist as the harmful microorganisms or there is fear of existence, the active ingredient and a benzimidazole-based agent are used as active ingredients of controlling agent. The amount of the active ingredient compound added alone is properly 10-2,000mug/ml concentration in the case of solution. When isopropyl N-(3-chlorophenyl)carbamate and the benzimidazole-based agent are used as active ingredients, 0.1-20wt.% of the former is blended with 0.1-10wt.% of the latter. |
