PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by inhibiting the transmission of an electric signal so as to avoid a voltage level of a signal line of a signal transmission bus from keeping at a low level if the electric signal output is a prescribed value or below consecutively for a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When an optical conversion module 1 receives an optical signal from an optical fiber PF, an electric signal so is outputted to an electric signal inverting output terminal RX. With the electric signal So at a low level, a transistor(TR) 12 is turned off by an output of an inverter 8 receiving an output of an inverter 2. If the time when the electric signal So is at a low level reaches consecutively a time constant being the product of a capacitance C and a resistance R11 or over, the TR 11 is turned off and the transmission of the electric signal So to the transmission bus B is inhibited. Thus, the voltage level oil the signal line S held at a low level for a prescribed time or over is inhibited and the signal transmission from the signal transmission bus B is not disabled. |
