PURPOSE:To form a uniform and strong granular surface layer part even when a support is made porous by constituting the title heat-resistant plate of at least three layers of a support, the granular surface layer part and the intermediate layer composed of a fine powder, which has the same material quality as the support or granular surface layer part, provided between the support and the granular surface layer part. CONSTITUTION:A particle size of particles is set to a range from a fine powder to a coarse particle depending on baking temp. at the time of the manufacturing of a multilayer structural heat-resistant plate, the shape and size of a product or the like but a particle size range of about 0.1-2mm is pref. An intermediate layer 2 is composed of a fine powder having the same material quality as a support 1 or granular surface layer part 3. Herein, since there is possibility of reacting with a product, when the fine powder composed of the same material quality as the support 1 is used, it is necessary to select material quality depending on the material quality of the product to be baked and the particle size range thereof is pref. 0.83mm or less. The thickness of the intermediate layer 2 depends on the material quality of the intermediate layer and, when the material quality of the intermediate layer is the same as that of the support, said thickness is pref. about 0.1-4.0mm and, when the material quality of the intermediate layer is the same as that of the particles, the thickness is pref. about 0.1-2.0mm. |
