PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing process and manufacture time by forming an interlayer on each magnetic particle as the core material of the carrier and attaching and fixing the particles of a resin for controlling triboelectrification on the surface of the interlayer to form a triboelectrification control layer. CONSTITUTION:The electrostatic image developing carrier is obtained by forming the interlayer on the magnetic core particles and attaching and fixing the triboelectrification control resin particles to the interlayer by the dry coating process to form the triboelectrification control layer. In the dry coating process the mixture of the magnetic particles and said resin is airtightly fed through a material feed valve 11, rotated and dispersed by a rotary disk 15 and blades 16, subjected to impacts by collision with the disk 15, the blades 16, and a stator 17, further, by collision of the particles with each other, and the resin particles are spread and extended on the surface of the interlayer, thus permitting the manufacturing process and the manufacture time to be reduced. |
