PURPOSE:To enable a repairing operation for a wall surface or the like to be safely performed by constituting a transfer device capable of clinging to the wall surface, window glass of a building, etc., while transferring on same. CONSTITUTION:A travelling strip 1 is formed with a plurality of clinging chambers 8 having openings clinging to the wall surface, window glass, etc., of a building by locating three long members 2 formed of a resilient material such as neoprene sponge to have a square section at fixed intervals in the parallel ring-like form, while dividing the interval between these long members 2 by defining walls 3 made of the resilient material. Annular slide belt 10 is secured fixedly to the inner surface of the travelling strip 1 and provided with vent ports 11 communicating to the clinging chambers 8. Clinging bodies 14 formed with annular seal members and having a U-shaped section are formed inside the slide belt 10. |
