A novelty from the confectionery sector, in this case: coffee sweets. The ingredients for the coffee are known: skimmed milk, whole milk, cream and/or creamer of vegetable origin, and in addition sugar/sweetener. In accordance with the desired taste, greater or lesser portions of coffee are selected for the base mass. With respect to coffee, the caffeine content is balanced by using coffee from caffeine-containing varieties down to caffeine-free products. Further ingredients are possible as desired, to round-off taste or to achieve a particular component as a "highlight".
