摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate restraint hampering the freedom of a laying article in movement, and thereby improve durability by providing one stationary section which fixedly attaches the laying article in continuous length at the center section onto a spacer, and plural through hole sections engaging the other laying articles freely in a relative movement. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 31 made of a metal or synthetic resin is provided with one stationary section 32 composed of a pair of fastening members 34 arranged at intervals corresponding to the intervals between respective flexible laying articles 21 in continuous length, and with plural through hole sections 33 in a circular structure. Then, the laying article 21 positioned at the center is fastened by the stationary section 32 so as to be fixed, and the other laying articles 21 are engaged with the through hole sections 33 in the axial direction freely in a relative movement wherein a cushion body 41 is arranged at the engaging section. In this case, the laying article 21 at the center section is firmly fixed, however, since the other laying articles 21 and the spacer 31 are free in a relative movement, even if a floating body 11 is in a pitching motion, the influence from which situation is absorbed so as to be damped, the intervals between the respective laying articles 21 are thereby maintained by the spacer 31.</p>
