PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing process and manufacture time by attaching and fixing resin particles to the surface of each magnetic particle as the core material of the carrier to form an interlayer by the dry coating process, and forming a triboelectrification control layer composed of the particles of a resin for controlling triboelectrification on the surface of the interlayer. CONSTITUTION:The interlayer is formed by attaching and fixing the resin particles to the surface of each core particle by the dry coating process and the triboelectrification control layer composed of the particles of the resin for controlling triboelectrification on the surface of the interlayer. In the dry coating process in forming the interlayer, the mixture of the magnetic particles and the resin particles is airtightly fed through a material feed valve 11, rotated and dispersed by a rotary disk 15 and blades 16, subjected to impacts by collision with the disk 15, the blades 16, and a stator 17, further, by collision of the particles with each other, and the resin particles are spread and extended on the surface of the magnetic particles, thus permitting the manufacturing process and the manufacture time to be reduced. |
