PURPOSE: To improve reproducibility of a position and an installation of sections of different hardnesses in complete cushions by allowing a first reaction mixture of a fluidized state on a flat molding having holes to foam in a space under the holes via the holes, and filling it into a mold cavity where a second reaction mixture of a creamed state remains. CONSTITUTION: A lower mold half 1 has a mold cavity 2. A plurality of fine needles 5 are provided at a web 4 protruding from its bottom 3, and a flat molding 6 made of a plastic film is fixed. Before introducing the reaction mixture via a deepened section 8 of the cavity 2, flat moldings 6, 14 having holes are installed, the first reaction mixture of a still fluidized state is executed on the moldings 6, 14, and fed into the space 8 disposed thereunder via the holes 7, foamed and filled into the cavity 2 where the second reaction mixture of the creamed state to the degree that cannot pass the holes 7 of the moldings 6, 14 remains. |
