HOLLOW FILAMENT-IN-HOLLOW FILAMENT COMPOSITE FILAMENT HAVING PARTITION MEMBER AND SPINNING DIE FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a hollow filament composite fiber within a hollow filament having spacing members suitable for a membrane analogous to a biological reactor by separately co-spinning inner and outer filaments so that spacing members can be disposed. CONSTITUTION: A co-spun filament 80 having a peripheral surface is incorporated into the hollow part of a slender hollow filament 84 having an inner surface 85 defined by a circular wall. The co-spun filament 80 extends over the full length of the hollow filament 84 and has means to maintain a space between the inner surface 85 and the peripheral surface, e.g. spacing members 82 or the like.
