PURPOSE:To obtain a toner having sufficient offset resistance without raising fixing temperature by introducing polar groups of a structure same as those of a binder resin into a low molecular weight polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotographic toner composition is produced by melting and kneading a mixture of the binder resin, a colorant,a nd other effective components as the electrophotographic toner, such as a low-molecular weight polyolefin, a grafting said agent to said polyolefin in this state, and then, pulverizing it, thus permitting said polyolefin to approach the binder resin in the solubility parameter, and the toner sufficient is offset resistance to be obtained without raising fixing temperature. |
