PURPOSE:To make possible transferring operation by two-phase transferring clock number by using an electric element having unidirection of voltage or current as an electric means and unidirectionally flowing the voltage or current in network wiring. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a standard three-terminal thyristor is used as an emitting element, transferring clock phi2 attains a high level and, when the emitting element T(0) is turned on, a gate electrode G0 is lowered down to zero volts from the characteristic of a three-terminal thyristor, gate voltage near the emitting element T(0) is extremely lowered and increases as it is separated from T(0), but an effect for lowering the voltage from the unidirection and the asymmetry of a diode characteristic works the righthand half of T(0) alone and next transferring clock pulse phi1 is added to nearest T(1), T(-1), T(3), T(-3) and the like, the element of lowest ON voltage is T(1) and next low element is T(3). Therefore, if high level voltage of the transferring clock pulse is set between T(1) and T(3), T(1) alone can be turned on and transferring operation can be performed. |
