PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning at bonding, to improve the accuracy of alignment, to increase the bonding strength and to improve the productivity by using an ultrasonic wave so as to implant a clamping hub to a projection or a recessed part of a medium disk. CONSTITUTION:The bonding between a disk 1 and a clamp hub 5 is applied by using a projection of the disk as an insert guide 1a and a metallic rod (insert horn) 6 applying ultrasonic wave vibration is in contact with the clamp hub 5 to implant the clamp hub 5. The alignment accuracy of an optical recording disk where the clamp hub 5 is implanted to the projection of the disk 1 by using an ultrasonic wave is suppressed stably below a prescribed value in this way, the bonding strength between the clamp hub 5 and the medium disk 1 is increased and the productivity is enhanced. |
