PURPOSE:To immediately analyze trouble information in a maintenance center even at the time of the occurrence of trouble during unattended operation by executing a maintenance program by a service processor to set a network controller to the automatic transmission mode and transferring trouble information to a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:When trouble occurs in a data processor 2, a service processor 3 starts a maintenance program 13 to set a network controller 15 to the automatic transmission mode. The service processor 3 transfers trouble information 5 of the data processor 2 to a terminal equipment 9 through the network controller 15 and a network 8. At the time of periodical maintenance, the time counted by a clock means 14 reaches a prescribed value and the service processor 3 starts the maintenance program 13, and trouble information 5 is transferred to the terminal equipment 9 in the same manner if trouble information 5 of the data processor 2 exists. Thus, trouble information is immediately analyzed in the maintenance center though trouble occurs at the time of unattended operation of a computer. |
