Coupling of two electrical motors.

The two electric motors are each connected mechanically to a separate pump delivering to a same hydraulic network, and each motor is equipped with a junction means connected to the various winding wires of this motor. The junction means of the first motor I and of the second motor II comprises an interface having unpluggable connections and connected respectively to a first function module 5 and a second function module 7 which are interchangeable, and the first and second function modules 5, 7 are cross-coupled to one another so as to cause the alternate running of the two motors under the control of a clock 10 and, in the event of the failure of one of the two motors, an automatic switch to the other motor. The invention is used for two pump motors fastened to the same housing and connected to one another by means of unpluggable function modules.
