PURPOSE:To make it possible to set and adjust thermal power through remote control by detecting a signal of light or electric wave, etc., from a transmitting equipment with a receiving equipment incorporated in the inside of a body and transferring an operation corresponding to the command signal to a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting equipment 8 is a control unit of an induction heating cooking utensil, and when the intensity of thermal power or start or stop of heating is set, outputs a signal corresponding to each setting. The content of the signal is discriminated by a receiving equipment 7 installed in a body 3 to transfer the content to a control circuit 6. The control circuit 6 outputs an on/off signal of a switching transistor 46 to a drive circuit 5 corresponding to the signal from the receiving equipment 7, and the drive circuit 5 drives the switching transistor 46. When a high frequency current is supplied to a heating coil 9 by on/off of the switching transistor 46, a pan 2 placed near a heating coil 9 is induction-heated. |
