<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an old wire and a new wire from crossing each other at the time of reversing the upper and lower positions of said new and old wires by installing a circular frame, on which rollers are arranged, so that said circular frame can rotate for 180 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A box-type frame body 1 can pass an already installed overhead earth-wire GW, a newly installed overhead earth-wire OPGW, and a connecting rope R. On the steel tower-facing side of said frame body 1, an inclined part 2 is provided with a circular frame 3 and the outer peripheral part of said circular frame with four supporting rollers 4. Said frame body 1 is provided with GW guiding rollers 11, 12 and OPGW guiding rollers 15, 16, 17. When the upper and lower positions of said GW and OPGW are reversed, these wires have been held at the frame body 1 by a pull 10 and a come-along (not shown), to remove their tension and thereafter the circular frame 3 is turned by 180 deg..</p> |
