<p>PURPOSE:To form a transparent electrode pattern on the color filter without any wire disconnection by forming a coat layer on a grinding surface. CONSTITUTION:A colored layer 2 is formed on a transparent substrate 1 by a dyeing and the coat layer 3 is formed thereupon by spray coating. Then the coat layer 3 is ground to form the ground surface 4 having no step, but grinding flaws 6 are formed in the surface. Here, a coat layer 5 is formed on the ground surface and an ITO layer is formed by sputtering on the obtained flat color filter. Consequently, the dissolution of a transparent electrode due to the penetration of an etchant from the grinding flaws 6 and the section of dust is eliminated to form the transparent electrode pattern on the color filter without any wire disconnection.</p> |
