PURPOSE: To provide a sausage mixture easy to digest containing lean pork minced meat, seed removed and crushed non-cooked cherries, pecan core chopped into chunks, dry milk powder, natural sweeteners and a little salt and seasoning. CONSTITUTION: This mixture is provided by containing (A) lean pork minced meat of 100 pt.wt., (B) seed removed and crushed non-cooked cherries of 1-33 pt.wt., preferably 17-33 pt.wt., (C) pecan core chopped into chunks of 0-8 pt.wt., (D) dry milk powder of 4-5.5 pt.wt., (E) natural sweeteners of 0-0.5 pt.wt., preferably, more than 0.4 pt.wt., (F) salt of preferably 1.3-1.8 pt.wt. and a little seasoning. |
