PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a solar battery by successively delaying starting a plurality of motors. CONSTITUTION:An electric motor 2 is started when the voltage of a solar battery 1 reaches a specified value. Then, when a counter electromotive force rises in proportion to the increase of the number of revolutions of said electric motor 2, a specified voltage is applied to the coil part 6 of a relay 5 to turn ON a switch part 7. Thus, said electric motor 3 is started. In this manner, it is possible to reduce the capacity of said solar battery. |
