<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the matching time of IK of respective electrodes considerably by varying the fixing height of a cathode supporting member and a cathode eyelet supporting member in the axial direction of electron gun. CONSTITUTION:The fixing position of a cathode supporting member 6 to a cathode eyelet supporting member 5 is brought further by the dimension L1 than conventional case then they are welded. With such arrangement, the thermal deforming direction of the cathode eyelet supporting member 5 having lowered a fixing position by the dimension L1 in the thermal deforming direction of the conventional cathode eyelet supporting member 5 will increase thus to increase the thermal deforming direction in first grid direction and the deforming quantity of the cathode eyelet supporting member 5. Consequently, the thermal deformation of the supporting member 5 can be varied with correspondence to the thermal deformation of first and second grids resulting in considerable shortening of matching time of IK respective cathodes.</p> |
