<p>PURPOSE: To apply load to muscles except for conventional one through conditioning training due to the same device for a user and to execute strength training in case by providing another degree of kinetic freedom at least for moving a grip against resistance. CONSTITUTION: Levers 13 and 14 having grips 15 and 16 installed on both the sides of a bed surface 9 at such a device 1 are respectively supported by one ball joint 17 so as to be turned in all directions, and the grip 15 can be moved while being reciprocatively turned in lengthwise (arrow X) and breadthwise (arrow Y) directions. In this case, the grip can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of lever central axis (arrow Z). All these exercises are performed against resistant force or resistant moment. In this case, the lever 13 can be extended and fixed in this attitude by the telescope-shaped drawers of sections 13a and 13b so that the grip 15 can occupy the other heightwise position on a seat surface 11 or the bed surface 9. It is similar concerning the lever 14 as well.</p> |
