摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost while maintaining a high cooling performance by forming a refrigerant passage channel on the mating face of each divided base halved in the thickness direction, lining the whole area of the mating face of each split base including the inside of the channel with a metal foil, and liquid-tightly joining the contacting surfaces to each other. CONSTITUTION:A cooling plate 3 is formed of divided bases 31, 32 made of carbon which are laid one on top of the other, and a metal foil 33 with which the whole mating surface area of the divided base including the refrigerant passage channel formed every divided base is lined. A refrigerant passage 34 is formed between the divided bases 31, 32. As the pattern of the refrigerant passage 34, the plural lines of refrigerant passages are formed so that they are communicated to each other over the refrigerant inlet and outlet opened on the facing sides of the bases 31, 32. Hence, the base of the cooling plate is closely adhered to the metal foil on the refrigerant passage side perfectly to maintain a high heat conductivity between the both, and the manufacturing cost can be highly reduced with reduced mandays.</p>
