PURPOSE:To facilitate patterning in a desired arbitrary shape with suitable flexibility and to eliminate a metal mold by allowing a transfer material formed by sequentially laminating a conductive ink layer, a piezoelectric ceramic ink layer, a conductive ink layer and an adhesive layer on a peeling film to adhere onto a green sheet, then peeling the film, pushing it in a desired shape, and then baking it. CONSTITUTION:A conductive ink layer 2 is formed on a film 1 having peeling property. Then, a piezoelectric ceramic ink layer 3 is formed on a conductive ink layer 2. Further, a conductive ink layer 4 is formed on the layer 3. Eventually, an adhesive layer 5 is formed on the layer 4. The thus obtained transfer material 6 is transferred onto a green sheet. The green sheet is of a crude sheet before baking by forming paste made of alumina or the like added with binder thereto in a tape state by a doctor blade or the like. Both are so superposed as to bring the layer 5 of the material 6 into contact with the sheet, then superposed, and thermally pressurized to fusion-bond the layer 5. Then, the film 1 is peeled. |
