PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the tip end of fillet and prepare the subject meat piece having commercial value by stacking two pieces of fillet having nearly conical shape directing the tip and the base of each piece in opposite direction, bonding the contacting parts with a food adhesive, pressing the bonded meat into a specific cylinder and slicing the product with regular intervals. CONSTITUTION:Two pieces of fillet 1, 2 having nearly conical shape are bonded with a food adhesive 3 in a state directing the tip end and the base end of each piece in opposite direction. A hopper 6 is inserted into a cylinder 5 having uniform cross-section and the cylinder is sealed with a sealing ring 4 at the other end. The fillet pieces 1, 2 are pressed into the cylinder and sliced parallel to the cross-section with regular intervals together with the cylinder 5 or after peeling the cylinder 5 from the meat. |
