<p>PURPOSE:To attain excellent decoding of a teletext signal by generating a sampling clock signal based on a color burst signal being a low frequency conversion color signal. CONSTITUTION:A comb-line filter 40 eliminates a crosstalk from a color signal from a frequency converter 39 by utilizing the inverted phase of a color burst signal by adjacent scanning lines. A 4th frequency converter 42 generates and outputs a low frequency conversion color signal of 40fH+ or - f being the result of decoding a jitter of its color burst signal by applying frequency conversion to an fsc color signal by an output of a 3rd frequency converter 41. Since the sampling clock is generated based on the color burst signal, the sampling clock follows the jitter. Thus, even if a teletext signal includes a recovered jitter, its decoding is applied in an excellent way.</p> |
