CONSTITUTION: A comparator 34 of a control circuit 32 compares the predetermined value Y with the number of rotation N2 of a high pressure compressor 12, while N2 is bigger than Y, a switch 38 outputs a coefficient 1, it becomes coefficient R in a multiplier 44, is further rate limited by a limiter 48, and at last a set value Y is added by an adder 52, so a transient limit value is set. And, a difference calculated by a substracter 56 is compensated at a compensator 58 by the engine dynamic characters to becomes a fuel flow rate control value ET. On the other hand, while N2 is smaller than Y, the coefficient becomes zero, the maximum value is reduced. While the control value ET is smaller than steady state and acceleration state fuel flow control values ESS, EA, a minimum selection gate 28 selects the ET and controls the fuel valve 26 corresponding to ESS, EA, ET through an integrator 30. Therefore, the engine runs under a stable operation state.
