SYNTHETIC RESIN MULTILAYER CONTAINER AND MOLDING THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve impact strength of a neck part and gas barrier property of a trunk part by performing the improvements of heat resistance of the neck part and the gas barrier property of the trunk part with intermediate layers of different resins. CONSTITUTION:A container main body 1 is formed of polyethylene terephthalate. On the inner part of a neck part 2 formed with a thick thickness of this container main body 1, an intermediate layer 3 made of a thermoplastic resin having excellent heat resistance such as polycarbonate is formed won to the lower side of the neck part and on a thin trunk part 4 made by means of draw blow molding, an intermediate layer 5 made of a thermoplastic resin having gas barrier property superior to that of the molding resin for the main body such as an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin is applied from just lower side of the heat-resistant intermediate layer 3 to the bottom part 6. The synthetic resin multi-layer container is prepd. by performing a draw blow molding of an injection molded multi-layer preform.
