PURPOSE:To automatically perform building of a rotor gear by providing a motor, able to perform transverse movement and rotating a timing pulley, and a circular rotor chuck properly holding an outer rotor. CONSTITUTION:A motor 9, while it is transversely moved, is rotated, and a pulley 9a rotates a timing pulley 5, giving rotation to an inner rotor 3. Simultaneously, a circular rotor chuck 10, chucking an outer rotor 4, is lowered, and the circular rotor chuck 10 unchucks the outer rotor 4 in the down end of lowering. Under this condition, when the motor 9 is continued rotation, the inner rotor 3 naturally meshes its tooth with a tooth of the outer rotor 4. The outer rotor 4 is guided by the rotor chuck 10, being held always in parallel with the inner rotor 3, so that the outer rotor 4 is prevented from tilting at the moment its tooth meshes with a tooth of the inner rotor 3. |
