PURPOSE: To make the use of a rotation seal which limits rotation speed and the life of a vacuum tube unnecessary by connecting a first part and a second part each fixed to a frame with a bellows so as to form the vacuum tube. CONSTITUTION: By adopting the arrangement of a bellows, a complete vacuum closed container is obtained, and mechanical joining with the inner structure of a vacuum tube is made. In order to make the sealed volume vacuum and keep a high vacuum state, components of a vacuum sealed shell such as an anode support 12, a window 14, an insulating cylinder 16, a cathode support 17, a bellows 18, a cathode swing stopper 20 are joined by hard soldering or brazing. The use of a fellow fluid type rotating joint or an O-ring gasket type seal is made unnecessary.
