PURPOSE:To improve heat aging resistance by coating a conductor with a composition material added with a preset quantity of a specific antioxidant to a mixture of polyphenylene oxide and styrene polymer. CONSTITUTION:A composition material added with a phosphoric acid antioxidant 0.05-3.0 pts.wt. with the basic structure of diphenylpentaerythritol- diphosphite to a mixture 100 pts.wt. of polyphenylene oxide and styrene polymer is extrusion-coated on a conductor. Triphenylphosphite or red phosphorus may be added to further improve flexibility and incombustibility. |
