It consists of a casing formed by a metallic tunnel embedded in the road surface, inside which moves a movable unit or train in one or another direction. The casing has a groove 30 which extends over the entire length, via which slide supports 12 associated with the component units 1 of the train. These supports each carry tubes 16 outside the road-surface level and vertical to the plane thereof, these tubes 16 being connected by the chains which establish the closure, and the movable unit or train being actuated by a propulsion unit activated by cables or electromagnetic waves or by a manual-actuation mechanism. <IMAGE>
