Rotor characterized in that the inner face of the succession of interspersed projections and magnets of the plastic injected mass receives a band of magnetic or non- magnetic material which applies pressure to the magnets. The elastic one-piece hoop has undulations at its ends which close the circle, one of which undulations surrounds the other. The hoop may be divided into two, four or more parts, said parts having superposed double- undulation seals. The single-piece hoop may have its end folded in the form of a double curve or as a broken line, forming, in this latter case, two angular figures, one of which surrounds the other.
