PURPOSE:To decrease a quantity of heat transmitted to a motor, by transmitting heat of a valve to a valve shaft and/or a shaft, that is, by extending a manual handle radially of the shaft, rotating the manual handle together with the shaft, locating said shaft between the motor and the valve and providing the manual handle to said shaft in a state of thermally conducting relation. CONSTITUTION:Rotary motion of an output shaft 14 of a motor 13 is transmitted to a shaft 16 through a clutch mechanism 15, and rotary motion of this shaft 16 is further transmitted to a valve shaft 18 of a valve 17. Then a manually selecting handle 28, radially extended of the shaft 16, is provided in a thermally conducting state to the shaft 16, in accordance with rotation of the shaft 16, this manually selecting handle 28 is rotated. Accordingly, heat of a thermal medium at high temperature in the inside of the valve 17 is transmitted to the manually selecting handle 28 through the valve shaft 18 and the shaft 16, then the heat is radiated from this manually selecting handle 28, thus heat conduction to the motor 13 can be reduced. |
