DRUG FOR INSPECTING DIFFERENTIATION AND MATURATION DEGREE OF HUMAN T CELL

PURPOSE:To easily carry out inspection by using a monoclonal antibody which conjugates with the Chinese hamster ovary cell (CHO cell) synthesizing the membrane protein coded from the human chromosome No.21 and does not conjugate with the normal CHO cells. CONSTITUTION:The human T cell leukemic cell strains to be inspected are cultured and cleaned. The cells are suspended into the soln. of the monoclonal antibody which conjugates with the CHO cells synthesizing the membrane protein coded from the human chromosome No.21 and does not conjugate with the normal CHO cells to effect reaction. The cells are suspended in a fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugated anti-mouse IgG or IgM antibody soln. to effect reaction after cleaning. The cells are observed with a fluorescent microscope after cleaning. The differentiation and maturation degree of the human T cell leukemic cells are easily and exactly inspected in this way.
