摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simultaneously measure a flow velocity and a flow direction of underground water and effective thermal conductivity of a stratum constituting object by installing belt-like heating elements at an interval in the longitudinal direction of a probe main body, and measuring a temperature distribution running along the outside periphery of this heating element by a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:A probe consists of a slender and columnar probe main body, a belt-like heating element for satisfying an equal heat flow velocity condition which has been installed in singular or plural parts at an interval in the longitudinal direction of this probe main body, and plural temperature sensors for measuring a temperature distribution running along the outside periphery of this heating element. The heating element consists of a metallic thin film of stainless steel, etc., and placed on a heat insulating material. The temperature distribution running along the outside periphery is measured by a temperature sensor such as a thermocouple, etc., which has been installed in three parts of more on the reverse side of the metallic thin film.</p>
