PURPOSE:To obtain the capacitor which is less changed in dielectric constant with temp. and has a high dielectric constant by sintering the calcined powder of lead magnesium tungstate, lead titanate and lead nickel niobate having a specific compsn. range. CONSTITUTION:The three components; A) the lead magnesium tungstate [Pb(Mg1/2W1/2)O3)], B) the lead titanate [PbTiO3], and C) the lead nickel niobate [Pb(Ni1/2Nb2/3)O3], designated as AXBYCZ, are (X+Y+Z=100) and are composed of the compsn. within the range on the lines connecting the following compsn. points (X=0.15, Y=0.40, Z=0.45), (X=0.15, Y=0.50, Z=0.35), (X=0.40, Y=0.50, Z=0. 10), (X=0.50, Y=0.40, Z=0.10), (X=0.50, Y=0.30, Z=0. 20), (X=0.25, Y=0.30, Z=0.45) and enclosed by these six points. This calcined powder is sintered at 1080-1140 deg.C, by which the magnetic compsn. for the laminated capacitor is obtd. |
