发明名称 DISPOSING METHOD FOR WASTE OZONE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable reduction of discharged ozone concentration to a value which can be substantially ignored and to enable stable disposal of waste ozone with high efficiency for a long time by a method wherein disposal is executed by means of photoelectron generated through irradiation of a photoelectreon emitting material, on which plating is applied, with ultraviolet rays or radiation. CONSTITUTION:Waste ozone discharged from food sterilizing equipment enters through an inlet part 7 and decomposed and disposed by the ozone disposing device 2, in which an electric field is formed. Concentration is reduced to a very low value, and the waste ozone is discharged through an outlet 3. An ozone reactor 2 is formed with a photoelectron emitting material 4 on which gold plating is applied, an ultraviolet ray lamp 5, and electrodes 6 to generate an electric field. The photoelectron emitting material 4 is irradiated by the ultraviolet ray lamp 5, and is so formed to generate an electric field between the electrodes 6. In emission of photoelectrons, by formation of an electric field on the surface of the photoelectron emitting material or in the vicinity thereof, emission of photoelectrons from the surface of the photoelectron emitting material is promoted, and emitted photoelectrons react with ozone to decompose ozone.
