<p>PURPOSE:To make a device compact and to shorten replacing time by setting positions of each gang head supported and stocked on a supporting rail on the same height with the upper position of gang heads engaged and supported on a rotating body. CONSTITUTION:In a condition where there is no gang head H supported by a rotating body 25 at an upper position A, a driving device 50 is operated to move a transfer pallet 40 supported on a supporting rail 30, and a required gang head H is divided for a replacing position C. Due to the movement for division, a guide block 45 engaged with the gang head H is engaged with an advancing and retreating member 62 at the front end part of a transfer and loading device 60. Next, the transfer and loading device 60 operates, the advancing and retreating member 62 advances and its gang head H moves from the replacing position C to the upper position A in its immediate frontage, then gets separated from the pallet 40 to be engaged with the rotating body 25 for support. The gang head H is divided at a lower position B with the rotation of the rotating body 25, and installed on the front end of a driving unit 12 to machine a work W.</p> |
