PURPOSE:To provide an absorbing agent consisting of ZnCl2, LiCl and H2O and having a low crystallization temperature, weak corrosivity and high stability by adjusting a weight ratio of Zn to Li in the composition to specified ranges. CONSTITUTION:ZnCl2 and LiCl are dissolved into H2O to control a concentration of an absorbing agent circulating between an absorber and a generator of a suction-type heat pump. Respective concentrations of ZnCl2 and LiCl is adjusted, for instance, so as to be brought into a range of 35wt.%<=ZnCl2<=45 wt.% and 20wt.%<=LiCl<=30wt.%, preferably 38wt.%<=ZnCl2<=44wt.% and 21wt.%<=LiCl<=27wt.%, in case of ZnCl2+LiCl=65wt.% and H2O=35wt.%. A mixing ratio of ZnCl2 to LiCl is determined such that a weight ratio of Zn to Li is ranged from 3.5 to 7, preferably from 4 to 6. As a result, it is possible to lower a crystallization temperature, inhibit corrosion and clogging of a facility and accomplish stable suction capacity for a long period. |
