发明名称 METHOD OF IMMOBILIZING CELL TO SOLID SURFACE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To stably and efficiently immobilize cells by bonding an ethylene imine polymer to a solid surface, then adsorbing and immobilizing the cells as they are thereto. CONSTITUTION:A 0.1% ethylene imine polymer is added at 200ml to a glass test tube, etc., and is brought into reaction for 30min at room temp. After the polymer is cleaned thrice with 2ml refined water, 200mul physiological salt soln. suspension of cells such as red cells adjusted to, for example, 0.3% is added to the polymer and the polymer is subjected to a centrifugal sepn. The polymer is then cleaned thrice with a phosphoric acid buffer soln. The cells are stably, inexpensively and efficiently immobilized to the solid surface at a high speed in this way. Various org. plastic materials are usable as the solid to immobilize the cells.</p>
