PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled winder, which can wind and process a mouth edge section of high dimensional accuracy efficiently, by forming a bent groove to the side wall of a vessel adsorbed and fixed to a mandrel die by a hot edge and inserting and pushing the flange-shaped mouth edge section of the vessel into a groove for molding of a molding die. CONSTITUTION:A hot edge 4 is pushed against the side wall of a vessel 1 attracted and fixed to a mandrel die 7 through vacuum attracting holes 70, and a bent groove 50 is formed to a melted shape. The mandrel die 7 is dropped, the flange-shaped mouth edge section 20' of the vessel 1 is inserted and pushed into a groove 60 for molding of a molding die 6 and bent and deformed, and a mouth edge section 20 is formed. The mandrel die 7 is turned when the bent groove 50 is formed and the vessel 1 is pushed against the groove 60 for molding. The bent and processed sections of the vessel 1 is heated by a heater 61 in the molding die 6, and the vessel is processed efficiently to an excellent finish state. |
