PURPOSE:To improve car washing efficiency by desirably variably controlling the travel speed of a portal travelling frame on travelling both back and forth. CONSTITUTION:A portal travelling frame 1 travels by means of the rotation of running wheels 3, due to the driving force of the travelling prime mover 9, through a transmission mechanism 13. The rotation speed of the travelling prime mover 9 is changeably controlled at least in two stages of high and low speed through a selecting switch 35 when the portal travelling frame 1 is travelling both forward and backward. Therefore, the travel speed of the portal travelling frame 1 is changeably controlled in accordance with the stained degree of a car, impoving the efficiency of washing car. |
