Angiogenic potentiating peptides are disclosed which, in some instances, stimulate the growth of endothelial cells, which do not affect the growth of fibroblast cells, and which markedly enhance the angiogenic activity of an angiogenic growth factor, particularly an acidic or basic fibroblast growth factor. |
